Cristiano Ronaldo facing laughable fine having broken Covid rules for Ski trip

Juventus coach Andrea Pirlo said Friday it had nothing to do with him if star player Cristiano Ronaldo broke coronavirus rules with a visit to a mountain resort.

The report claims that Ronaldo and Rodriguez spent two days in the snow in the Val Veny area which is not accessible, in the same resort that Rodriguez spent her birthday previous year, but without Ronaldo on that occasion.

According to the news agency ANSA, local police are looking into his visit to the ski resort town of Courmayeur earlier this week, where he went with girlfriend Georgina Rodriguez to celebrate her birthday.

Courmayeur is located in Aosta Valley, which is reportedly off-limits to visitors now because the region is located in a medium-to-high risk orange zone, according to Sky Sports. Both Ronaldo and Rodriguez have now returned to Turin following their stay.

Rodriguez, who turned 27 on Wednesday, apparently posted a video of the couple on a snowmobile on Instagram.

American Airlines (AAL) slips to Q4 loss as revenues plunge
Revenue fell 65% to $2.01 billion, falling short of the analysts' average forecast of $2.12 billion in the Zacks survey. The fourth-quarter loss of $2.18 billion amounted to $3.86 per share, after removing special gains.

Notably, there are some exceptions to the COVID-19 rule, including traveling to a second home or for work reasons.

One displayed her with a cake surrounded by Ronaldo and his children and was captioned: "Thanks so much for all the love I have received - for all your best wishes, attention and all the lovely messages. I am very lucky", Rodriguez wrote. Ronaldo captioned the picture as "Felicidades ao amor da minha vida", which means, "Cheers to the love of my life".

The five-time Ballon d'Or victor has had another prolific season in Serie A, scoring 15 times in 15 matches.

Despite the fact he is now being investigated by Italian authorities, Ronaldo will be eligible to line up for Juve again when they take in a trip to Sampdoria on Saturday.
