Lenovo ThinkReality A3 Smartglasses Can Handle 5 Displays At A Time

The high-performance Qualcomm Snapdragon XR1 Platform, the same integrated processor found in Google's Glass Enterprise Edition 2, has been here to provide the high-quality 1080p displays, while an 8MP RGB camera provides 1080p video as a live stream to any remote teams, and dual-fish eye cameras handle room-scale tracking and mapping.

AR or augmented reality is expected to be the next-big-thing in the computer industry, where nearly every major is planning to come up with their own AR glasses, which are smart and easy-to-use.

Smart glasses have been the talk of the industry for a long time now, but none of the manufacturers had much success in the field.

The ThinkReality A3 does need to be tethered to either a PC or a Motorola smartphone with a Snapdragon 8-series chipset.

Lenovo introduced the ThinkReality A3 lightweight smart glasses at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2021. These virtual displays can be used to run Windows tools and applications. Made for PC or select Motorola smartphones, the high-end AR smart glasses aim for increased efficiency in the workplace, adopting new technologies for smart collaboration, smoother workflows and lower downtimes, with the ability to project up to five customisable virtual monitors at once. Industrial Edition for Enhanced Decision Making in Complex Environments The ThinkReality A3 Industrial Edition tethers to select Motorola smartphones for hands-free, AR-supported tasks in complex work environments. It very well may be utilized in factories, labs, retail stores and hospitality spaces, for example. From customized virtual monitors and 3D visualization to Augmented Reality (AR) assisted workflows and immersive training, the ThinkReality A3 helps transforms work across many levels of the enterprise. But for now, the AR smart glasses are aimed at the enterprise market. Sources claimed that the Industrial Edition is based on Lenovo's ThinkReality software platform, which allows commercial users to develop, install, and managed mixed reality applications as well as content on a global scale. Since these smart glasses are designed only for corporate customers, no information has been given about the sales price of the product yet.
