Uncharted Movie: First Images Released

I know it can be hard to believe but the long wait for an Uncharted movie seems to be coming to an end.

Starring Spider-Man's Tom Holland, the live-action Uncharted adaptation is now in production-and we just got our first look.

Update: Following the latest photos of the Uncharted set released by Naughty Dog and Sony, Tom Holland took to Instagram to reveal his Nathan Drake getup for the first time.

Holland previously retweeted a photo shared by Nolan North, the actor who voiced the character of Nathan in the video games. However, this exciting, new photo suggests that Holland will be playing Nathan Drake outright. The first shows some sort of artefact plunged into the middle of an ancient table, presumably in a tomb raided by Nathan Drake.

Martin Bashir is 'seriously unwell' from COVID-19
A spokeswoman for the BBC said: "We are sorry to say that Martin is seriously unwell with Covid-19 related complications". Bashir additionally courted controversy along with his lurid 2003 ITV/ABC documentary "Residing with Michael Jackson ".

Directed by Venom helmer Reuben Fletcher from a script written by Art Marcum & Matt Holloway and Rafe Judkins, Uncharted is being produced by Sony PlayStation Productions, with Asad Qizilbash and Carter Swan producing alongside Charles Roven, Avi Arad, Alex Gartner, and Ari Arad. The explorer in this particular picture isn't Francis Drake - who was a distant ancestor of Nate's in the game series - squint hard enough and you'll see the book is about the voyages of 16th-century Portuguese explorer Ferdinand Magellan. Wahlberg is still appearing in the film as another character, and will star alongside Antonio Banderas, Tati Gabrielle, and Sophia Ali.

"Looking in the mirror!" He then goes on to thank Holland for carrying the torch that is the Drake legacy.

Of course there are still few naysayers out there who think that Holland looks a little too young, or that he won't be quite right for the part, or that he isn't Nathan Fillion. but how much can we really judge from one still image?

The debut of Uncharted is expected to July 2021, with no date set so far.
