National Hockey League announces no positive coronavirus tests over final week of Phase 3

Westwood One announced plans to partner with NBC Sports to present the NHL's return through the Stanley Cup Finals this fall.

Phase 3 of the NHL's return to play plan saw players report to their respective clubs training facilities for on and off ice activities.

"We brought in additional staff to do the swabbing of the players".

CEO Jason Pincock said the company has a dedicated team for NHL-related testing; coaches and players will be tested daily for the virus.

The excitement is growing for the return of the National Hockey League season, especially in the two hub cities of Toronto and Edmonton where players and staff have started arriving under strict measures to avoid bursting the NHL's bubble.

China's Huawei leads with global shipments, report says
For instance, smartphone shipments were down 48% in India during Q2 - an important market for Samsung. But that hasn't stopped Huawei from shipping 55.8 million phones in the second quarter of 2020.

Regular updates on the number of tests administered to players and the results of those tests are expected to be provided.

Two MLB matches were postponed yesterday following a series of positive tests among Miami Marlins players, with two more games called off today.

The NHL is aiming to resume its season with the Stanley Cup qualifiers on August 1.

The best-of-five qualifying round starts next Saturday, along with the seeding round for the top four teams in each conference.
