So it seems as though Dr DisRespect has been banned for breaking Twitch's rules in some way. These utilize to all streamers no matter of status or prominence in the community.

Twitch told the Daily Dot Dr Disrespect violated the platform's Community Guidelines or Terms of Service but would not confirm the specific reason for his ban.
