USA reality TV star Kim Kardashian was delighted as her husband Kanye West struck a deal with Gap, saying that she was "so proud" of Kanye for this partnership. However, among all the buzz surrounding the Gap-YEEZY partnership, one question is becoming painfully obvious - whatever happened to that Telfar collaboration? A collaboration with Gap risks diluting the Yeezy brand, taking it downmarket.

"Under West's creative direction, the YEEZY design studio will develop the new line to deliver modern, elevated basics for men, women and kids at accessible price points, with the creative process just getting underway", the release detailed.
