Jada Pinkett Smith wants to 'amplify' Breonna Taylor's life

Shane's teary 20-minute apology - which many read as pre-emptive attempt to get out ahead of the curve and address his wrongdoings publicly before anyone else could - doesn't seem to be working out very well for the YouTuber. "I didn't truly look into the historical past of it and why it's so mistaken and why individuals had been so upset". I made a video six years in the past speaking about it and I gave excuses and it was mistaken... "I can't even imagine what it would be like to be Black and see this white f-ing guy doing blackface and the whole Internet at that time being like, 'LOL'".

"I'm sorry that I added to the normalization of blackface or the normalization of saying the N-word", Dawson said.

He adds, "It's not a amusing word especially for a white person to say".

He also admits to normalizing the use of the N-word in his videos. "Especially for a white person to say".

The internet personality, who has 23 million subscribers, also apologised for having joked about paedophilia, saying he "would never talk about a child in a way that is inappropriate".

Before signing off however, he claimed that as retribution, "I should lose everything for that".

Florida sees third day of record high coronavirus cases in one week
In Michigan, health officials recently linked 51 COVID-19 cases to Harper's Restaurant and Brew Pub in East Lansing. On Saturday, Florida reported more than 9500 new cases, up from nearly 9000 on Friday, the previous record.

Toward the end of the video, Dawson mentioned that he wants to "lose everything" in order to be held accountable for his actions. "It's me sitting at home, thinking the whole world hates me and crying and hyperventilating and then just turning on a web cam and just saying I'm sorry and hoping people know I'm a good person and then it'll go away", Shane shared in the video. "The entire web ganging up on any person, no person deserves that". Who am I that somebody needs to be humbled? Me?

"I'm sorry James, I'm really sorry". Who am I to say that? That person was filled with sadness, with anger...[was] in the closet.I hate that person so f**king much'.

This was in response to reports flowing that Dawson masterminded last year's drama surrounding Charles and fellow charm guru Tati Westbrook.

Actress Jada Pinkett Smith has called out YouTuber Shane Dawson for "sexualising" her daughter Willow when she was 11 years old. The footage gives the impression that Dawson was masturbating to the poster, but many, including Willow's brother Jaden Smith and her mum Jada Pinkett Smith, did not find the parody video amusing.
